Activities/Attractions:
GOLF:
There are 10 golf courses in Turkey, 2 in Istanbul and 8 championship
golf courses in Antalya, which is one of
the few places where golf can be played right through the winter, in
short sleeves. All professional courses have been developed by
international teams of Golf architects, consultants and PGA
Professionals.

Distances to the golf courses:
Side (32 km), Kemer (85 km), Alanya (88 km)
SKI:
Although Antalya has the mildest winter climate, the highest
seawater temperature and the longest season with 300 days of sunshine
a year, the miraculous geography also accommodates a ski resort,
Saklikent, which makes the area even more attractive for the winter
months.

Based on all
these solid arguments, we
strongly believe that Antalya area is Turkey's unrivalled investment
spot.
Side is the pearl of Antalya with a wealth of history, standing on a promontory flanked by
two excellent beaches of golden sand and it is ranking Nr.1 for
popularity amongst other resorts of Antalya.

about its history leading back to the Roman period.
Other resorts of Antalya:
Belek:
Belek Tourism Centre has been developed during the 1990's, being
one of the largest tourism investments of Turkey. There are eight
championship golf courses in the area and lots of five star
all-inclusive-hotels.
It is a very attractive location for all-inclusive holiday makers,
however, not the hot spot for a property investment. The
coastline is occupied by the massive all-inclusive-hotels, leaving
only a single piece of beach that is too distant, fairly difficult to
access for private apartment or villa owners.
Lack of necessary
facilities such as a cafeterias, showers,
sun-lounges, water sports,...etc. stay as other
important problems.
Due to the fact that
all-inclusive resorts satisfy all the needs of their guests, Belek
lacks a town centre linked with the sea, where shopping
and gastronomical activities would be offered for visitors.
Keen golfers, disliking the idea of all-inclusive hotel accommodation,
tend to rent or buy apartments or villas in Side (only 25 min. drive
to the courses), as it has much more to offer for families, rather
than purely golf.
Alanya:
Although Alanya is a beautiful town, it is unfortunately
a 2 hour
drive from the airport, which may be off-putting for most property buyers,
especially if rental income is needed. The existing Gazipasa Airport
project has recently been declared by an official report of
experts to be suitable for safe landings only after
some modifications have been realised.
The building regulations in Alanya are quite different compared to Side. Side is
being preserved for the purpose of maintaining its historic character,
where the floor height is up to maximum of 3+roof storey
and the building density permission being 15 %, 20 % and max 25 %
(depending on where it is located in the town) in Side.
