24-hour security is available on site, additionally the front doors of the villas are white/brown lacquered reinforced
steel doors. The site is surrounded by a wall and an iron fence and
the entrance to the site is made possible through the security
checkpoint.
Bathroom
"Vitra-Artema"
Luxurious vanity units with luxurious white designer sanitary ware from "Vitra". Ceramic floor and
wall tiling. Chrome monobloc mixer taps complement the sanitary
fittings and appliances. Quality shower screens "Huppe". Accessories
and recessed mirrors are fitted in bathrooms "Artema". The main
(second) bathrooms have the added facility of a hydro massage Jacuzzi bath.
The
structure
of the
buildings
Reinforced concrete has been used for the foundation and structure, in
accordance with the approved statistical calculations. The structure
is supported by pillars. Privacy is ensured by noise-reducing brick
party walls separating the apartments. A warm, welcoming
rustic décor ensures the main entrance areas are in harmony with the
general ambience of the development.
Roofs
"Braas"
All roofs have
insulating
cladding, sealing
and heat insulation. The roof surfaces are tiled with Mediterranean
style "Braas" tiles which lend a rustic appearance to the development.
Doors
The front door is a brown lacquered reinforced steel door for security
reasons. Internal doors are made of lacquered white or dark brown wood
color with moulded panels. Sliding glass doors to terrace.
Floor covering
"Vitra"
Quality tiles cover the floors in the living areas and the kitchen.
Walls and ceilings
Walls and ceilings are smoothly finished and emulsion painted. Below
the ceiling there are plaster stucco cornices. Outside walls are
painted with texture coating. "Kale color"
Electrical installations
There are ceiling connection points for lighting and wall sockets in
all rooms. The living room and the master bedroom have connection
points for a TV aerial and telephone.

garden

The beautifully tended garden area has Mediterranean plants and palm
trees, very attractive lawn areas, and well-lit garden paths.
The
building of each unit is in accordance with the specifications in the
Planning Permission and corresponding current building regulations.
